Refund Policy

Government fees paid to authorities are generally non-refundable once submitted.

Tellus service fees may be discussed for partial adjustment only when work has not started and no third-party costs were incurred.

If a delay or rejection is caused by incomplete client documents, incorrect details provided by the client, or authority processing decisions, service fees already earned for completed work are not refundable.

Appointment requests and website enquiries do not create prepaid bookings unless a written confirmation and payment terms are agreed.
